Holliday Brewing has more than 30 exceptional recipes in a variety of styles (IPA, IPL, Ales, Belgian, Marzen, Stout, Bock, etc.), but our wheelhouse is West Coast-style IPAs. The Holliday brothers are creative, out-of-the-box thinkers, so there will always be new delicious recipes in our offerings. In addition to our house beers, Holliday Brewing features rotating guest taps, including four ciders and three sours.

Hannah
A very smooth, light tasting Ale made with 3 malts, 2 hops, orange blossom honey and a special yeast from White Labs.
